Cricket bookings cancellation policy

Please read this policy alongside our cricket bookings terms and conditions. If there’s ever a difference between the two, the terms and conditions will take priority.

The Royal Parks reserve the right to cancel advanced bookings due to adverse weather conditions, closure of Greenwich Park, any other closure or emergency. In circumstances where The Royal Parks cancel the booking, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered to the customer.

Bookings wishing to cancel or reschedule are required to give at least 14 days’ written notice prior to the booking date to be eligible for a refund or reschedule, otherwise all charges will be retained by us. To cancel or reschedule, please contact the Greenwich Park Office by phone on 0300 061 2380 or email greenwich@royalparks.org.uk.

Refunds will only be made to the card used to pay for the booking.
