Boating in Hyde Park
Taking a boat out on the Serpentine in Hyde Park is a classic London treat for families and visitors. Sail around Heron Island, glide to the Serpentine Bridge and back, then finish with a refreshing drink.
Boats are available year‑round: daily from 10am between late March and October, and Wednesdays to Sundays from November to March. Each boat holds up to four adults and family tickets cover two adults and three children.
Choose from row boats, pedalos, or one of our electric pedalos for anybody who needs a little more assistance.
Boating in The Regent's Park
What could be more relaxing than gliding across the calm waters of The Regent’s Park Boating Lake in a row boat or pedalo, surrounded by the beauty of one of London’s most scenic green spaces? After your time on the lake, you can unwind with a snack or refreshing drink at the Waterside Café, the perfect spot to continue your day.
Boats are available daily from 10am during the season, running late March to October. Each boat holds up to four adults and family tickets cover two adults and three children.
Boating in Greenwich Park
It couldn’t be easier to enjoy the water in historic Greenwich Park. Boats run daily during school holidays and weekends, from April to October, offering a perfect seasonal activity.
Simply visit the Boat Hut beside the children’s playground and book in person with our friendly team. Each boat can hold up to four adults, with a minimum of two required, and family tickets are available for two adults and two children. Please note that boating in Greenwich Park is not available through online booking.
