    • Singular bookings of a Tennis Court, Padel Court, Multi‑Use Games Area (MUGA), or Lawn Bowls
    • Weekly Tennis or Padel Group Coaching Sessions or Classes
    • Adult Tennis or Padel Courses
    • Junior Tennis or Padel Courses
    • Junior or Mini Tennis Camps
    • Tournaments or Events organised by The Royal Parks.

  • Sports block bookings cancellation policy

    This policy applies to:
    • Block bookings held at The Courts in Hyde Park, The Regent’s Park, or Greenwich Park
    • Block bookings held at The Pitches in Hyde Park.

  • Cricket bookings cancellation policy

    This policy applies to:
    • Cricket bookings in Greenwich Park.

  • Boating cancellation policy

    This policy applies to:
    • Boating bookings in Hyde Park, The Regent's Park or Greenwich Park.

  • Swimming cancellation policy

    This policy applies to:
    • Swimming bookings at the Serpentine Lido in Hyde Park.
