Please read this policy alongside our sports block bookings terms and conditions. If there’s ever a difference between the two, the terms and conditions will take priority.
Cancellation of a booking
If you need to cancel your entire block booking, the following applies:
- Less than 4 weeks’ notice: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund.
- More than 4 weeks’ notice: You will be entitled to a full refund by completing our Refund Request Form no later than 4 weeks before the date of the first session in the booking.
Cancellation of a session
If you need to cancel one session that’s part of a block booking, the following applies:
- Less than 7 days’ notice: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a reschedule or refund.
- At least 7 days’ notice: We’ll do our best to reschedule your session to a similar day and time within four weeks of the original date. If, despite our efforts, we’re unable to find a suitable alternative within that timeframe, we won’t be able to offer a refund. If we provide one or more suitable alternative dates and you choose not to accept any of them, the session will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by us
Adverse Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
We do our best to run block booking in all weathers. However, if heavy rain or adverse conditions make an activity unsafe - or if an unforeseen circumstance, such as park closure or an emergency, arises - we may need to cancel.
If this happens, we’ll let you know by email and/or text message and you will be entitled to a refund for the session cancelled.
If poor weather is forecast close to your session time, we’ll make any decision as late as possible while still giving you notice. We aim to confirm cancellations at least one hour before your session begins.
In the event of extreme weather warnings from the Met Office, senior management will decide whether to cancel all bookings or keep venues open, depending on the circumstances.
If you’re unsure whether your session will go ahead, please contact the venue - but no earlier than one hour before your booking time.
Schedule Conflicts
We do our best to avoid schedule conflicts, but sometimes we may need to cancel your booking to accommodate one of our programmes or an event. If this happens, we’ll give at least 4 weeks’ notice and you’ll be entitled to a refund.
