The Royal Parks (TRP) process customer data to fulfil your booking or enquiry and manage our customer contract with you. Your data will be used to communicate with you throughout the booking process, including confirming we’ve received your booking and payment, to confirm your booking, or to resolve issues that might arise with your booking.

Sharing your data with third parties

We will share your data with contracted third parties who perform services on our behalf, in order to fulfil your booking. For example, software/app providers and payment processing providers.

Direct marketing

To keep you up to date with our sports offers and services, we would like to send you marketing communications. We process personal data for marketing on the legal basis of consent, which we will collect from you during the booking.
