Padel coaching at The Regent's Park

The Regent's Park padel activities for adults

Playing adult padel in The Regent's Park

Padel is one of the fastest growing sports – quicker to master than tennis, and hugely fun to play, whether you’re a complete beginner or already hooked. Sign up for a course, level up your skills with a private lesson, meet up and play at a weekly social drill, or just pay and play. We have two padel courts bookable all year round, and you’re welcome on the sidelines as well as on court. Padel’s as fun to watch as it is to play.

Adult Padel Courses

The Regent's Park offers Adult Padel Courses for every level, giving players the chance to learn, improve and enjoy this exciting sport in a welcoming environment.

Beginners discover the basics of positioning, technique and gameplay, quickly rallying with others in a relaxed, pressure‑free setting. Improvers build on their foundation or return after a break, strengthening strokes and gaining confidence through fun, game‑based sessions. Intermediate players focus on tactics, teamwork and consistency, developing rallies with a variety of strokes including forehand, lob and smash. Advanced courses challenge experienced players who play regularly, sharpening forehand and backhand skills to create winning opportunities.
